Terms of Service | AOLOW Automation

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AOLOW Automation ("AOLOW"). By accessing our logistics platform, AI agents, API services, or mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Scope of Services

AOLOW provides autonomous logistics software, including but not limited to:

AI-driven route optimization and fleet dispatching.
Automated freight brokerage and negotiation agents.
Warehouse management and inventory tracking systems.
Blockchain-based smart contracts and digital documentation.

                Disclaimer regarding AI: While our AI models strive for 99.9% accuracy, AOLOW is not liable for operational delays caused by unforeseen real-world conditions (weather, road closures) that override AI predictions.
            

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our Services only for lawful logistics and supply chain management purposes. You are responsible for:

Ensuring all cargo data entered into the system is accurate and compliant with local trade laws.
Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and admin credentials.
Ensuring your drivers and staff comply with relevant safety regulations (e.g., DOT hours of service) when using our scheduling tools.

4. Payment & Subscription

Services are billed on a subscription basis or per-transaction fee (for Smart Contracts). Payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise specified in your Enterprise Agreement. Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of API access.

5. Liability & Cargo Insurance

AOLOW provides software solutions and acts as a technology partner. We are not a freight carrier or insurance provider. We are not liable for:

Physical damage to cargo during transit.
Customs seizures or delays resulting from incorrect user-supplied data.
Financial losses due to market fluctuations affecting freight rates.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your proprietary trade data (client lists, pricing strategies, routes). AOLOW has a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
